Role Summary
We are seeking a qualified and client-focused Consultant Doctor to provide expert dermatology and trichology consultations, perform aesthetic procedures, ensure treatment safety, and deliver exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate is ethical, confident, and passionate about cosmetic medicine.
Key Responsibilities
Consultation & Diagnosis
- Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, assess medical history, and diagnose conditions accurately.
- Recommend personalised treatment plans based on clinical suitability and client expectations.
- Explain procedures, risks, expected results, timelines, and aftercare clearly.
Aesthetic & Clinical Procedures
Perform Dermatology And Aesthetic Treatments, Including
- Laser Hair Reduction
- Laser Skin Procedures
- Chemical Peels
- PRP Therapy
- Microneedling
- Botox
- Fillers
- Threads
- Other cosmetology procedures/injectables as per training
- Ensure proper documentation of treatment parameters and follow-ups in Zenoti.
Client Experience & Relationship Management
- Build trust through ethical guidance, accurate communication, and empathy.
- Handle client queries and concerns with clarity and professionalism.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and encourage long-term retention.
Team Collaboration & Clinic Support
- Work closely with consultants, technicians, and front desk staff.
- Support treatment conversions ethically while prioritising medical suitability.
- Participate in internal training and contribute to SOP improvements.
- Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
Multi-Clinic Responsibility
- The selected candidate should be comfortable managing operations across both Berkowits clinics in Bengaluru.
- Work schedule: 3 days per week at the Indiranagar Clinic and 3 days per week at the Whitefield Clinic.
- Coordinate effectively with both clinic teams to ensure consistent patient care, seamless operations, and adherence to clinical protocols at both locations.
Who Can Apply
- Qualification: BDS / MDS / MBBS
- Experience:MBBS: 1–2 years
- BDS/MDS: 1–3 years
- Minimum 1–5 years of experience in dermatology, cosmetology, or trichology preferred.
- Hands-on experience with lasers, chemical peels, PRP, and aesthetic/injectable procedures.
- Strong communication, counselling, and interpersonal skills.
- Ethical, patient-centric approach with the ability to manage multiple clinic locations.
Office Timings
- 6 days working
- 9:45 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly off will not be on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
Work Locations
- Indiranagar, Bengaluru
- Whitefield, Bengaluru
Note: The role requires the consultant to work 3 days each week from the Indiranagar clinic and 3 days each week from the Whitefield clinic, ensuring efficient management of both locations.
